Shipping
We are currently only shipping within Canada.
We can't always guarantee exact shipping dates because our products are made to order. If a product is designated as in stock, it will be delivered within 2 to 10 business days. If you have requested a customized order, please allow 6-8 weeks for manufacturing from the date of purchase. A longer delay may be necessary depending on the quantity needed.
Please contact the carrier for assistance if you experience any delays or problems when tracking your cargo. We can't give you any more information about your package once it's on its way.
The customer must ensure that all shipping information and addresses are correct. Orders containing inaccurate shipping information cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched, and any loss incurred as a result of the incomplete delivery is the recipient's responsibility. Shipments that are returned to the sender due to an incomplete delivery will not be refunded, and the shipping fee will be charged again if the shipment is resent. We are unable to divert orders once they have been dispatched; in this case, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number to make any special delivery requests.
We will do everything possible to assist you if your package is lost, stolen, or damaged; however, we are no longer responsible for packages once they are in transit.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to modify your mailing address before your product is dispatched.
