Please note that once shipped, all items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged owing to the personal nature of our products. *
In-stock items and purchases cancelled prior to the shipping and within two days after the order are eligible for a full refund to the payment method used at the time of purchase.
Please keep in mind that all pieces are handcrafted, and each one will differ slightly from the one seen. Note that any minor variations in the product's appearance are attributable to natural, raw materials and have no bearing on the product's quality. Olmä has the right to make changes to product formulas and ingredients at any time without prior notification.
If you receive a product that you are unhappy with, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, with as much information as possible, and we will respond as soon as possible. Please contact us at info@olmaresearch.com if you have any inquiries or complaints.
